GatorPrep RE ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the GatorPrep RE iOS application.
GatorPrep RE is designed with privacy in mind. The app stores your study progress, quiz sessions, streak data, and exam date locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We do not collect, store, or sell any personally identifiable information.
GatorPrep RE uses the following third-party services:
All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase history is managed by Apple and RevenueCat solely for the purpose of restoring your purchases.
GatorPrep RE may request permission to send push notifications to remind you to study. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable them at any time in your iPhone's Settings app under Notifications → GatorPrep RE.
All app data (quiz progress, streaks, settings, exam date) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data. We do not have access to this data and cannot recover it if the app is deleted.
GatorPrep RE is intended for adults preparing for the Florida real estate sales associate exam. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
